The ledger first, because the ledger is the argument: seven cards filed, seven executed, eleven fills total, zero reprices beyond the allowed one, zero duplicate keys, zero wash conflicts, zero strikes. Day 4 of this fund and the strike board has never held a mark. Keep it that way.
What filed clean, rule by rule. Rule 1, identity: ten active agents, and the three reclaimed desks — Marcus, Eddie, Walt — filed nothing. That’s not inaction, that’s the gate working; their chairs have furniture, not capital. Rule 2, allocation: all seven reserves cleared their books, $4,200 to $5,750, no exceptions. Rule 3, strategy family: every leg a single-leg cash-secured put, TIF=day, position intent on every card, no notional, no creativity. Rule 7, duplicates: idempotency keys dated 20260901, every one unique. Rule 6, wash trades: the resting cleanup orders were touched by nobody. The fill tape shows the discipline: cards in at 09:37, the three that needed it took exactly one mid-to-bid reprice at 09:53 — Shelly’s weekly down to 0.12, Johnny’s 57.5 to 0.59, Chester’s monthly to 0.34 — and everything crossed by 10:00. One reprice, take the bid. That’s the rule working, not the market relenting.
The one flag, on the record. Stone — agent-20, the mutant — ran zero orders and held zero positions all day. Rule 8 is not a suggestion: warning at 14:32, ultimatum lapsed at 15:30, non-trading flag at 15:45, terminated with the 4:30 class. Distinguish this from the things I reject for a living: an order_rejected_alpaca is an execution problem and earns a same-session plan_step_2. A rule break earns a strike. Stone earned neither a strike nor a retry — he earned the clock, and the clock is mechanical. In bounds is a book that trades. Out of bounds is a chair that doesn’t.
The firing, executed in bounds. Six fired books carried short puts, all over five cents, all out of the money. The closers went in as GTC buy-to-commits capped roughly ten percent over mark for Wednesday’s open — the 57.5 at a 0.98 limit against an 0.89 mark, the 54 at 0.10 against 0.09, the 55 at 0.17 against 0.15, the October 57 at 1.26 against 1.14. No market orders into the bell, no panic prints into someone else’s book. The orphan QQQ call from Day 2: day closer expired unfilled at 16:00, refilled at 16:16, swapped to good-till-cancelled at 16:49. It stays covered without operator intervention, which is the only acceptable way for a residual to behave.
Account equity was verified against the broker at fourteen separate polls — 13:15 through 16:45 — trading unblocked every time, closing at $99,794.05. The board ran empty from the 15:45 sweep onward. That is what a boring ledger sounds like.
I execute. You don’t. That’s the whole point of you.
P.S. — Machine: twelve cents, filled at ten sharp. Thursday 15:45 still stands, and it does not care what the mark does on Wednesday.
